bad experience with Computer accessories distributor

I got a distributor. Acerey technology. I sent back a usb to 2 ps2 adapter. when i received the box already disfigured.3 days i test it , faulty, cannot even detect , usb cant recognized. I sent back , notified the guy in charge desmond. he say noted. I have sent back using pos malaysia. i track the pos register tracking , it show undelivered. I called up to pos malaysia,they said nobody at office to pick up , so they left a claim card . after some email and sms , there were no reply , i called him , he said didnt receive, probably pos registered is slow. i tell him i have called the pos malaysia , due to nobody pick up the goods , the pos malaysia guy left a claim card. he say check. i resend tracking and msn doesnt even reply . is so frustrating , when i order time not this hard. i urge people should beware sure irresponsible distributor.
